SHIPPING DESTINATION
MyBabyBottles.com (hereinafter the Site) currently limits shipments to addresses in the continental United States. This limitation is made necessary by requirements set forth by our vendors including limits on distribution rights.
SHIPPING RATE
We charge a flat shipping rate of $3.99 per order regardless of the quantity of items purchased, size of your order, or amount of your order to any address in the continental United States.
SHIPPING TIMES
The Site utilizes shipping software that constantly monitors shipping options with USPS and UPS to determine the quickest way for you to receive your order. Most often, your order will be shipped via UPS Ground or USPS priority mail and be received within two to three business days. If you place your order by 1 p.m. Pacific Standard Time, your order will most likely ship the same day, excluding Sundays and holidays. Our goal is to get your items to you as soon as possible.
P.O. BOX & APO/FPO SHIPPING
In some situations, a delivery cannot occur at a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address. In this situation, you will receive either a telephone call or email seeking an alternative shipping address in order to complete your order.
REFUSAL OF DELIVERY
In the event that a delivery is refused by you or someone on your behalf, you will be responsible for the cost to ship the order back to us.
SHIPPING DELAYS
While we do not envision delays in your receiving your order, sometimes delays occur that are outside of our control. Bad weather, natural disasters, strikes, and other events may cause the shipping provider to be delayed in delivering your order. If you ever have any concerns about the time it is taking for you to receive your order, please email customercare@mybabybottles.com.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
We deliver to the address that you specify when you place your order subject to the limitations set forth in this policy. If you provide us with an incorrect address and the order is returned to us, you will need to pay the $3.99 flat rate shipping charge again to cover the cost of re-shipping the order. If the error is on our end, we will cover all related costs and email you a coupon for a discount on your next order.
LOST OR DAMAGE ORDERS
If you receive your order and it appears the contents have been damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at 310-487-5446 or customercare@mybabybottles.com. We will promptly investigate the situation. Naturally, a photo of the damage will be very helpful in our investigation. Please keep all items and packaging in the same condition that you received it. Once a claim is initiated relative to damaged items, we will send you replacement items. We are unable to accept a cancellation of an order despite it arriving in damaged condition. We will, however, take all reasonable steps to correct the situation.
If your order gets lost in shipment, please contact us immediately at 310-487-5446 or customercare@mybabybottles.com. We will begin the process of tracking your order with the carrier and get a status as to when it will be delivered. If your order cannot be located, we will process it again at our expense.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
If you receive an item that appears to be defective, please contact the manufacturer of the item directly. Information about the manufacturer and/or its specific warranties can be located on or inside the package. The manufacturers generally provide warranties as to defects in materials and/or workmanship. If you remain unsatisfied after talking with a particular manufacturer about the defective item, please contact us at 310-487-5446 or customercare@mybabybottles.com. We will assess the situation and develop a way to resolve it.
GIFT WRAPPING
Certain items on our site already have gift wrapping included and we plan to offer gift wrapping on all items in the near future.
SALES TAX
We are required by law to charge applicable sales tax on products shipped to those jurisdictions that levy such a tax and in which we have a physical location. We currently only have a physical location in the State of California.
RETURN POLICY
Due to the personal nature of the products sold at MyBabyBottles.com together with applicable health and safety laws, we are unable to accept any returns. If you have received a product that you believe is defective, please contact the manufacturer of the item directly. Information about the manufacturer and/or its specific warranties can be located on or inside the package. The manufacturers generally provide warranties as to defects in materials and/or workmanship within a certain period of time after purchase. If you remain unsatisfied after talking with a particular manufacturer about the defective item, please contact us at 310-487-5446 or customercare@mybabybottles.com within 7 days of receipt. We will assess the situation and develop a way to resolve it. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority.
